Exceptional Safety
Gastroprotective
Accelerated healing of gastric ulcers and intestinal damage
BPC-157 demonstrated remarkable gastroprotective effects in multiple models including ulcers, fistulas, and inflammatory bowel conditions, with mechanisms involving NO system modulation.
Enhanced tendon-to-bone healing in preclinical models
Studies showed BPC-157 promoted fibroblast outgrowth, collagen organization, and accelerated the recovery of transected tendons, including Achilles tendon models.
Protective effects in traumatic brain injury and peripheral nerve damage
Research demonstrated BPC-157’s ability to counteract dopaminergic system disturbances and promote nerve regeneration following crush injuries.
Broad cytoprotection via NO system and growth factor modulation
BPC-157 interacts with the NO system, upregulates growth factor receptors (VEGFR2, EGFR), and modulates multiple protective pathways simultaneously.

Shelf Stability
Extremely wide therapeutic index with no LD50 reached in animal studies even at very high doses. No organ toxicity observed.
Long-term studies showed no adverse effects on organ function, hematological parameters, or body weight.
BPC-157 has shown modulatory effects with various drugs including NSAIDs, alcohol, and dopaminergic agents without adverse interactions.

BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide consisting of 15 amino acids. It is derived from a partial sequence of human gastric juice protein and has been studied for its broad cytoprotective and healing properties.
BPC-157 modulates the nitric oxide (NO) system, upregulates growth factor receptors, promotes angiogenesis, and has anti-inflammatory properties. It interacts with multiple biological pathways simultaneously.
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water by gently injecting solvent along the vial wall. Allow to dissolve without shaking. Store reconstituted solution at 2-8°C and use within 14 days.
While both promote tissue repair, BPC-157 is primarily cytoprotective with strong GI-healing properties, whereas TB-500 focuses on angiogenesis and cell migration. They work through different but complementary mechanisms.
