Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Products must be in the same condition as received with all seals intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or reconstituted products
• Products with broken or tampered seals
• Products not stored according to specified conditions
• Items returned after the 30-day window

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

1. Email support@vionexpeptides.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Ship the product back with the RMA number clearly marked
4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a full replacement or refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.

Refund Processing

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
